They brew their beers using both traditional techniques and modern innovations, resulting in a variety of classic and progressive beers. Here you can taste one of their hazy IPAs, barrel-aged beer or farmhouse ale.
After your visit to the brewery, you will head towards Sunset Park in Brooklyn. Here you’ll visit Five Boroughs Brewing. As the name implies, the brewers come from the five boroughs of New York to create beers that unite. You will not only be able to sample their IPA, Pilsner or Hoppy Lager, but you will also get a glimpse of their quality lab.
The last stop of the tour is at Big aLICe Barrel Room (no, that’s not a typo). This is a licenced New York State farm brewery, which means they exclusively work with farmers of the state, to create truly local beers. Try one of their award-winning sours, stouts or lagers.
