Panoramic Cityscape

Inside a band is playing jazzy music which is perfect for subtle background music. The 3-hour cruise takes you along the spectacular skyline of Manhattan, showing you the famous Brooklyn Bridge, the United Nations building, the Empire State Building and the powerful Statue of Liberty among others. New York looks even more spectacular at night than it does during the day. When on the cruise, feel free to go outside on the deck to take some photos.

A Romantic Night

If you are looking for a romantic night out with your loved one, the Bateaux cruise is an excellent choice. The live music and magical skyline views make a very romantic setting. Order a glass of champagne to set the mood even further. I have done this cruise together with my wife and I can tell you that we enjoyed it thoroughly. It was the start of a great evening!
A three-course meal is already included in the price when you book. With this arrangement, you will have to pay for drinks separately, but they are very reasonable for New York standards – US$8 for beer and $10 for a glass of wine or $15 for a cocktail.

Eric’s Tip: This dinner cruise is a little more expensive than the others, but the advantage is certainly the boat. This boat has the most beautiful view of the city no matter where you sit. The food is good, the atmosphere great and the view unforgettable.

Practical Information

After purchasing, you will receive a voucher that you show at the ticket booth 30 minutes before boarding. Voucher can be either printed out or shown on your smartphone.

The boat leaves from Chelsea Pier, which is easy to reach with subway lines A, C and E. You are expected to dress neatly. Trainers and jeans are not permitted at all. The men are expected to were a (suit) jacket and tie but if you show up in a neat shirt without a jacket or a tie then you’ll still be allowed to board. Because everyone is dressed in their finest, the atmosphere is festive and festive.
