The costs of the New York Sightseeing Day Pass
You can decide how many days you want to use the Sightseeing Day Pass. Children 2 years old and under do not need a pass and for kids from 3, up to and including 12 years old there’s a special reduced price. You save up to 65% on entrance fees with this pass, compared to buying individual tickets.

What can you see and do with the Sightseeing Day Pass?
Buy your Sightseeing Day Pass for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 days. During this time, you can visit as many attractions as you like. You can visit each attraction once. Choose from a list of over 100 attractions and tours: including the Empire State Building, Edge, One World Observatory, Top of the Rock, sightseeing cruises, and the Hop on Hop off bus. Bike tours and bicycle rentals, with electric bikes and scooters as an option, are included as well. You can also get a free eSIM with 10GB of data. Find the full list of options here.
With the Day Pass, you can also make use of the Uptown and Downtown Routes of the Big Bus Hop on Hop off Buses for one day. You can board right away by showing your pass at the first stop of the route.
9/11 Museum
As the 9/11 Museum is not included in this pass, you can buy a ticket with time slot separately. This will allow you to visit the museum at your preferred time, ensuring entry and preventing your schedule from getting bogged down by long queues at New York's busiest attraction. Discounted Helicopter Flight with Day Pass
When you purchase your Day Pass, it is possible to add a helicopter flight over Manhattan for US $229 + heliport fees, making it a very good deal instead of booking your helicopter flight separately. This price is in addition to the price you pay for the Sightseeing Day Pass.
In the confirmation email, you will find a code for your Day Pass and a separate code for your helicopter flight. Follow the steps in the mail to secure your helicopter flight. Do this in time to be sure of a spot.
How does the Sightseeing Day Pass work?
Purchase the New York Sightseeing Day Pass easily online, before you travel. You will immediately receive a voucher with a QR code. This code is your pass. You can show it at the entrance, on your telephone to get into the attractions. I recommend that you also print the pass, so you have a copy on paper, just in case.
A change of plans? A Cancellation Cover is automatically added at checkout, allowing you to cancel your unused pass free of charge for up to 12 months after purchase. The pass is activated as soon as you visit the first attraction. From that moment, it is redeemable for your chosen number of (consecutive) days.
The Sightseeing Day Pass is really flexible. You can decide which attractions you want to visit when you are in New York, there is no need to do this beforehand. As soon as you order, along with your pass you will receive a link to a digital guide. It contains information on the tours and attractions and tells you how to use the pass at each one.
